School Profile
The school is situated around 5 km from the Airport along Mombasa Road Athi River Nairobi Kenya and also my residential place.The school is leased under Kenya Railway where i pay rent per quarter rental system whereby i here are many challenge of paying rent because most parents are unable to pay of the school and teachers salaries is too difficult to pay.
About Us
We have cultural centers like Bomas of Kenya, Nairobi museum, French cultural center and .Nairobi National park.Among the very urgent basic needs for the children are; Meals,Clothing,Stationery, A plot to build a better school since the current one belongs to Kenya Railway.Sanitary towels,Medication and Sketching materials.
Purpose
Our Institution was started in 2010 as an offering nursery and primary Education Center for a community. The purpose of this school is to offer education for children who comes from poor families. Others are from single parents widows. Basically most of the children are orphans. Most cant afford school fees due to parents lifestyle.
The School Urgent Needs
We are looking for well wishers to ensure that they have basic education and have a sense of acceptance in life rather than being stigmatized. Those pupils who are positive facing a number of challenges because the school provides only one meal i.e beans mixed with maize at lunch hour and when they go back home sometimes they spend the night without any food.
Besides meals, there is a problem of clothing, meditation and to the adolescent sanitary towels which makes them feel neglected. Despite these challenges the school has been trying to provide quality education and cancelling to these children.
The school is looking for well wishers through contributions and donations to generate activities we have an urgent need for infrastructure classrooms and feeding programmed for the children because as we understand teaching an empty stomach child is like punishing them.
I have accommodated the children in my compound which is too small. We also have no playing ground. We are pleading to well wishers to assist the institution.
